Pickling Chemicals

PIKPREP

It is an inhibited acid pickle used for pickling for ferrous components, springs and also has many more uses. It reacts only with rust and removes it. It contains surface-active properties. 

ACID PIK :

It is an additive used for hydrochloric Acid, Sulphuric Acid and Phosphoric Acid bath. It has a function of emulsification and inhibition. It is particularly recommended for cleaning and descaling of steel components. It cannot be used in Nitric Acid bath.

RONUK DRY ACID SALTS:

Ronuk Dry Acid Salts are used for pickling and are economical. They eliminate the hazard of liquid acid usage and transportation.

RUST PREVENTIVE COMPOUNDS:

RUSGARD 106 DW:

It is a rust preventive oil based on dewatering type. It is used for temporary protection of metal component. 

RUSGARD 16 DW:

It is also based on dewatering type having high viscosity and is used for some longer protection where the metal is to be used continuously. 

RUSGARD 17 ND:

It is drying type rust preventive oil with higher viscosity and good adhesion property on surface.

RUSGARD 18 DR:

It is drying type rust preventor having thick coating on metal surface and used for longer period on exposure to humid condition and air.

PASSIVATING CHEMICALS :

PHOSCOPASS:

It is a passivating chemical used after phosphating to seal the pores of the phosphate coating and gives it the corrosion resistance.
 

ZINCOPASS:

It is a chromium based passivating chemical for zinc phosphate process.

ZIRCOPASS:

It is a chromium free passivating chemical and meets the need for eco friendly product for chemically pre treating metallic surfaces. Zircopass can be applied by immersion or spraying.

PAINT REMOVERS:

PAINT-STRIP:

It is used for removing epoxy based paints and polyurethane within a short period of time. It is solvent based.

STRIP-101:

It is used for removing paints like epoxy base and other types i.e. on plastic components and as well as from metal components.
