As a customer of RONUK you will always have a competent point of contact. Whether with new applications or the solution of problems in the production - you can always rely on the technical advice and support of our best trained and experienced technicians and engineers. An on-site service is provided in the first instance by your area representative whom you may contact with all questions. You may of course also contact our service technicians directly, if you have specific technical questions.

CUSTOMER TRAINING

In our well-equipped training laboratory, we familiarize operators of our processes with the handling and operation of our electrolytes. We train our customers on the following topics:

  • Bath analysis in the laboratory
  • Practical electroplating
